Some scenes from Thanksgiving at our house, The turkey was better than ever before, the conversation witty and erudite, and of course there was plenty of football to watch.
I hope all of you faithful blog followers had a great holiday also.
Diane took these pictures while we were getting Thanksgiving dinner prepared. Mary was not pleased that I actually put the cucumbers in the salad and was glaring at me when Diane took the picture.
Just fooling around in photoshop a little bit this morning when I have a thousand things to do before I go to work. Terribly addicting. When I get my laptop I suppose it will be even worse because I then won't be tied to this work station and think of the possibilities when on VACATION! No more boredom while Homer watches TV from the inside of his eyelids. Last vacation I read 6 books. Next year, think of the pages I can create instead.
I thought I'd make a few pages from the past since I have no new photos to work with. I'm working too much. I'll take a bunch over Thanksgiving so you can all see what I'm up to these days.
I meant to post this earlier but I filed it under something odd and forgot about it.
Here he is, a little skittish so it's hard to get the best pictures of him, but I keep trying.

Two new pages today. I did them a while ago but forgot to put them up here. We so enjoyed Alice's 80th birthday lunch in Connecticut.
I used some of Christine's photos of The All Saint's Day tradition of placing Candles on graves. What an interesting practice. Just seeing her pictures of the massed candles on some gravesites and others where there are only a few candles for family members was so eye opening. Other cultures have so many different ideas from our rather provincial outlook. I love seeing her pictures and hearing of her new experiences.
I forgot to post this layout. I like how I made the photo look old and wrinkled.
What a great afternoon we had walking the paths behind the houses down to the river. I went through these photos again and found I had all three of us taking pictures of each other.
