Worked with some less than perfect photos today but fun nonetheless.
The grounds of this castle in Krakow has a bronze statue of a dragon. Christine thinks she took a picture of it but it's not in the photos I have. Sure hope she goes back again and takes another for me.
This is the second year that the architects have given Homer an amaryllis bulb for Christmas.
I had to commemorate this historical event with a page. The pictures were taken of the big TV downstairs. Not great but enough to remember it for myself.
We has us a significant snowstorm yesterday. I had to work and around 3PM, I told the pharmasist that I'd better get home before I ended up in a ditch. We had a foot already and it was still snowing. I had to shovel my car out of the parking lot. This morning it's beautiful so of course I took pictures. Enjoy the page.
Marsha sent a few pictures of the big event so of course they have to end up on this blog for all to view. Looks like she was enjoying the whole celebration.
I exaggerated the picture of the railroad tracks. It just seemed right.
I love these manger scenes from an annual contest in Krakow. They are so elaborate! And the colors are so bright and cheerful.

Here are two more pages with Christine's pictures from the Czech Republic.
I took these pictures of Aaron while we were waiting for the hockey game to begin. This page sort of made itself when I saw the 4 pictures of him.
Here is another page with Christine's photos and her own words.
This may look like a strange title to some of you. I am making some pages using Christine's pictures from her travels this past summer in the Czech Republic. I will eventually do some from Istanbul and other exotic places that she has given me the pictures.
Dave and Den, remember your grandmother on Chuck's side of the family was from Czechoslovakia. Maybe she was from one of the places Christine visited. Wish your father knew the name of the town where she grew up. Enjoy the pages anyway.
Den sent these two pictures and I had to scrap them right away.
